    America turns 250. This chapter deserves the spotlight.

    Before Pearl Harbor, volunteer American pilots were already fighting. Recruited in secret, outnumbered, outgunned. The Flying Tigers downed 297 Japanese aircraft for 14 pilots lost, with shark teeth painted across their P-40 Warhawks. Dissolved July 4th, 1942. The legend of the Flying Tigers squad stayed.
