GENERAL CONDITIONS
At LES FINES LAMES, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. This warranty reflects our confidence in the durability and performance of our cigar accessories. Our two (2)-year limited warranty applies to our entire product range:
• "LE PETIT" cigar cutter range
• ”PUNCH BRACELET“ cigar cutter range
• ”LE TAG" cigar cutter range
• ”LE FEU" cigar lighter range
•"La GUILLOTINE" cigar cutter range
• Cigar case range
• Cigar ashtray range
• Cigar stand range
We strictly adhere to European laws and quality standards, in particular European Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of May 10, 2023 on general product safety (RSGP), applicable from December 13, 2024. This regulation modernizes the EU framework for product safety, ensuring greater consumer protection in a context of increasing digitization and technological evolution.
We also comply with EU Directive 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, which introduce the EU harmonised guarantee notice, available below, informing EU consumers that they benefit from at least two years of legal guarantee protection on all products listed above.

The Garantie Légale de Conformité allows you to ask the seller to repair or replace: goods that have a manufacturing defect, imperfection, poor assembly, which excludes, for example, normal wear and tear (including threads), rust or oxidation, damage or breakage due to misuse, poor maintenance, accidents, loss of parts.
It is important to note that our warranty is limited to the intended use of our products as cigar accessories. LES FINES LAMES SAS declines all responsibility for injury or damage resulting from improper or abusive use of our products. Our cigar cutters are designed exclusively for cutting cigars. It is imperative to use our accessories with care and in accordance with the instructions provided.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1 | LE PETIT blade lifetime warranty
The blade of our LE PETIT BY LES FINES LAMES cigar cutter comes with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner, unless otherwise stated. We guarantee the blade against manufacturing defects in materials and construction, and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The rest of the product (handle and mechanism) remains covered by our standard two-year warranty, as described in General Conditions above.
The lifetime warranty on the blade is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, loss or theft. In the event of a defect, we reserve the right to repair or replace the blade at our discretion.
Our knives are designed exclusively for cutting cigars. Any use of these products other than to cut the head of a cigar is considered misuse and abuse, and voids the warranty. LES FINES LAMES is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse and/or abuse. We stress the importance of respecting local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, use and possession of knives.
LE PETIT BY LES FINES LAMES: for your safety, we provide detailed instructions in every box. If you do not follow the instructions for use, you may damage the blade and its cutting edge, and consequently you will not be covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
